OSHE OBJECTIVES
AL AIN GENERAL CONTRACTING CO. LLC. (ALGECO) is committed to develop and implements the
Goal of ZERO HARM. Our work is never so urgent that we cannot take time to do it safely and with respect to
the environment. This document sets out of ALGECO’s strategy for occupational safety, health and
environment over the future years with specific interim objectives target.
✓ Reduce the amount of time lost as a result of incidents through active rehabilitation.
✓ Offer a consistent level of Occupational Health support to all ALGECO employees.
✓ Promote safety consciousness in all employees and sub-contractors.
✓ Continued focus on reducing numbers of reportable accidents.
✓ Develop system and processes to manage and monitor near miss events.
✓ Embed single OSHE management system and operating procedures across all operations.
✓ Ensure minimum competency in H&S management and consistent training standards.
✓ Accurate consumption reporting on energy, fuel used for business, travel, waste and water.
✓ Understand environmental impacts and effects of current and planned future business.
✓ Have formal programs in place to deliver reductions in energy, fuel and water consumptions.
✓ Measurable objectives shall be prepared on yearly basis.
All Departments, Projects and Processing Units shall ensure alignment of their respective plans and activities
with this objective.
