When is the deadline to renew my
Season Ticket?
The deadline is Friday, 23rd May 2014.
How many home matches are included
in my Season Ticket?
Your season ticket is valid for 21 matches at Celtic
Park and at any alternate stadium nominated by
the Club, which covers all home league matches
and such other home matches as nominated by
the Club.
My seat is being automatically
renewed, when are you going to take
the money out of my account for the
deposit?
If your renewal form states that your seat will be
automatically renewed and paid for by Direct
Debit, we will take the deposit out of your account
on Wednesday, 11th June 2014. The dates for the
remaining instalments are Friday, 29th August
2014, Friday, 26th September 2014 and Friday,
31st October 2014.
I want to pay in full for my Season
Ticket, how can I do this?
You can pay by Credit*/Debit card online at
www.celticfc.net or by calling 0871 226 1888
option 1, option 1.** Alternatively, you can pay
by cash/cheque at the Ticket Ofce counter.
I want to pay for my Season Ticket
over 4 instalments, why can I not apply
for this scheme directly with Celtic?
The Club only offers its own 4 Instalment payment
scheme to existing Season Ticket holders whose
seats are automatically renewed and paid for by
Direct Debit. Season Ticket holders whose seats
are not automatically renewed and who wish to
pay by instalments, must select from the schemes
offered by Zebra Finance.
How can I apply for the 4 Month
Scheme with Zebra Finance?
Please complete and return the 4 Month Zebra
Finance application form together with your
signed renewal form in the envelope provided.
Your Season Ticket will not be activated until
after Zebra Finance pays the price of your
Season Ticket to the Club.
How can I apply for the 10 Month
Scheme with Zebra Finance?
Please complete and return the 10 Month Zebra
Finance application form together with your
signed renewal form in the envelope provided.

after Zebra Finance pays the price of your
Season Ticket to the Club.
I currently hold an Adult Season
Ticket but I’m going into full-time
education. How do I receive the
student price of £199?
For Season 2014/2015, there are a number of
season tickets available at the £199 discounted
price in the North West Upper of the Stadium.
Student prices will no longer be available in all
areas of the stadium. To be entitled to the student
discount price you will need to complete and return
a Student Application Form to the Ticket Ofce.
This form is available online www.celticfc.net or
from the Celtic Ticket Ofce. If you are unable to
complete this form before you submit your signed
Season Ticket renewal form then you must renew
as an adult and then once your Student Application
Form is completed, send it to the Ticket Ofce by
Friday, 10th October 2014. We will not refund ANY
student discounts for season tickets after this date.
Will my Season ticket be valid for a
match at Murrayfield?
Yes, the 2nd round European qualifying match
is due to be played at Murrayeld and this game
is included in your Season Ticket.
Why can I only upgrade a concession
ticket twice a season?
The concession Season Ticket is intended for
the sole use of the Season Ticket holder. We do
appreciate that there will be circumstances which
prevent the holder being able to use this ticket
therefore we have made available the option
to upgrade the concession Season Ticket twice
a season only at a fee of £15 per upgrade.
Will the Home Cup Ticket Scheme
apply to matches at Murrayfield?
Yes, for Season 2014/2015, the HCTS will apply
for the UEFA Champions League 3rd round
qualifying match due to be played at Murrayeld.
There will be an opt out period where those
Season Ticket holders who are enrolled in the
HCTS can advise the Ticket Ofce if they do
not wish to receive a ticket for this games only.
Further details on the opt out period will be
advertised on the Club’s website, www.cetlicfc.net
Can I join the Home Cup Ticket
Scheme by Credit Card?
No. You can only join the Home Cup Ticket
Scheme by Direct Debit. If you wish to join the
Home Cup Ticket Scheme, complete section
6 of your renewal form.
If I join the Home Cup Ticket Scheme,
can I pick and choose the games I
attend?
No. If you join the scheme at the start of the
season, you are signing up to take ALL Home
Cup games. This includes all Domestic Cup ties
and European ties. If you cannot attend any of
these matches at Celtic Park, a refund will NOT
be given for any returned tickets. For the 3rd
round qualier due to be played at Murrayeld,
there will be an opt out period for those Season
Ticket holders enrolled on the Home Cup Ticket
Scheme. Details of this will be available on the
website once conrmed.
Does the Home Cup Ticket Scheme
include Semi-Finals and Cup Finals?
No. This scheme only includes cup ties played
at Celtic Park. Semi-Finals and Finals are
not included in this Scheme. Membership of
the Home Cup Ticket Scheme is taken into
consideration in the allocation of tickets for
Semi Finals and Cup Finals.

Will I be able to sit in my seat for
every match?
Depending on the competition, the opposition or
in certain circumstances set out in the Terms and
Conditions, we cannot guarantee that your usual
seat will be available for Home Cup matches.
In such cases we will send you a ticket for an
alternative seat. If this is not possible we will not
charge you and may ask you to apply for a ticket.
I no longer want my Season Ticket
but one of my friends/ family wants
to purchase the seat I use. How do I
transfer my seat into their details?
If you wish to transfer your Season Ticket to
someone else, we would require a signed letter
from the Season Ticket holder making the request
together with the renewal form and all the new
details as consent. We may from time to time
contact the previous Season Ticket holder to
conrm any changes. An administration fee of
£15 is applicable. We reserve the right to decline
such a request.
Can I relocate my seat to another part
of the stadium?
Whilst we do our very best to accommodate any
request for seat moves, supporters will appreciate
that it can be very difcult to satisfy all requests.
Supporters should initially renew their existing
seat, notifying us of any requests to relocate,
and the request will be considered after the nal
closing date for Season Ticket renewals. There
will be a relocation period where supporters
can relocate their seat. Please check the
website, www.celticfc.net for details on this.
Any relocation requested after the relocation
period will be subject to an administration fee
of £15 per relocation.
How can I apply for Domestic Away
tickets?
All Season Ticket holders are individually
registered to apply for domestic away tickets.
Subject to the allocation of available tickets,
tickets will be allocated to Season Ticket
holders based on attendance at previous away
matches. For more information on the ticketing
arrangements for away games, please visit

How can I apply for European Away
tickets?
All Season Ticket Holders are automatically
registered to purchase tickets for European
Away games. Tickets for these matches may
have to be balloted depending on the allocation
of tickets to Celtic. Where this is the case, offer
letters will be sent to supporters who have been
selected by Celtic to receive tickets and wish to
travel independently. The grading for European
Travel for Season 2014/2015 will be based on the
preceding 12 European away games. Games
will be added to the number of games attended
as the season progresses. For more info on the

When will I receive my new Teamcard?
You will not receive a new Teamcard.
Your Teamcard for Season 2014/2015 will
be re-activated on renewal. Please keep
your Teamcard in a safe place.
What if I lose my Teamcard?
If your teamcard is lost, stolen, broken or
destroyed, a fee of £15 is applicable.
How do I change my address?
If you change your address during the season,
you must notify the Club as soon as possible.
You may do so by writing to Celtic Ticket Ofce,
Celtic Park, Glasgow, G40 3RE or by email
celticfctickets@celticfc.co.uk You cannot change
your address by telephone.
