MOVEIN PROCESS
• Enter main campus from Morris Ave. at Wilkins Theatre entrance.
(1-car per student for drive-thru, additional cars park in
Kean Hall lot to unload, bring your own trolleys and carts)
• At the intersection, make the left to enter Vaughn-Eames parking lot.
• Student clearance status verified: Students that are green,
cleared to move-in will proceed to the line to check-in. Students
that are red, not cleared will go and park at NAAB to resolve holds,
Students who receive full clearance will re-enter the drive-thru line.
• Students arriving by themselves will exit the NAAB lot, drive to Green
Ln. to park at the Kean Hall lot to unload and walk items into hall.
• Cleared students will continue check-in from their car, then
receive keys, except Cougar Hall entry is with student ID card.
• Cars will be signaled to enter the drive-thru line to go over
Vaughn-Eames bridge and proceed to the residence halls.
Please follow all instructions of officers and staff.
• At your residence hall drop-off stop, staff will meet you at the
car with a bin to unload and will remain with the bin to help the
student to their room to unload, then staff will return the bin.
• Once the car is unloaded, the car’s driver will proceed out of
the drive-thru through Service Road to leave campus or park in
designated Kean Hall lot to rejoin the student. You may unload
any remaining items, however, bins not available at lot.
