To form the plural nouns in Spanish follow this simple rules:
1. If the noun ends with a vowel (a,e,i,o,u), add letter S to the singular form.
Example: Gorro - Gorros (hats)
2. If the noun ends in consonant, add ES to the singular form of the noun.
Example: Pantalón - pantalones (pants)
3. If the noun ends in z, change z for C and add ES to the singular form of the noun.
Example: Pez - Peces (fish)
4. If the noun ends withs” or “x” , it does not change in the plural.
Example: lunes - lunes tijeras-tijeras (scissors) tórax - tórax (thorax/chest)
Note: Singular nouns which end in an accented vowel (‘) drop the accent in the plural.

In Spanish, as in English, there are definite articles.
Definite articles are used when you are talking about a specific noun or groups
of nouns.
In Spanish, the article you use depend on the gender of the noun that follows it.
“The” in English is called definite article.
In Spanish, the definite article for nouns in singular form is either:
el or la
el ……………masculine- singular
la …………….feminine- singular
Examples:
escritorio (desk)
gender : masculine
then use masculine singular definite article: el
el escritorio / the desk.
ventana (window)
gender: feminine
then use the feminine singular definite article: la

1.In a wide saucepan on medium heat, add the oil and saute the onion
slices, when onions are transparent, add salsa and stir, heat the salsa
for about 3 min.
2. Crack the eggs and add one by one to the saucepan, carefully not to
break them, add salt and pepper and cilantro on top of each egg and
cover with lid to cook for 4 min.
4. If you have corn tortillas in another saucepan melt butter and heat
the tortillas on it. Take them out and line on a plate.
5.spoon out each egg with salsa and put it on top of the tortilla.
6. Garnish with jalapeño slices or avocado if you like!
