CITY OF CARROLLTON

FACILITIES AVAILABLE FOR RENT

MAIN STREET FACILITIES

Main Street has two facilities that are available for rental. For more information, or to book a facility, please

contact the Main Street Department at 770-832-6901 or email mainstreet@carrollton-ga.gov.

THE DEPOT – The Depot on Bradley Rental Application

455 Bradley Street

Opened to the public in January of 2013 after an extended renovation period this 1880s brick structure

contains two main areas: The Ticketing Booth and The Grand Hall. The 5,000-square foot Grand Hall is

available for rentals and is perfect for weddings, receptions, fundraisers, banquets and dances. Wedding

Packages are $2,500 including setup and $2,000 without setup. Special Event Packages are $2,000 including

setup and $1,500 without setup. Each additional hour is billed at $100 per hour. The non-refundable deposit

to hold your date is $500.00.

THE AMP - Amp Rental Application

118 Bradley Street

The Amphitheater at Adamson Square is an outdoor open-air facility used for musical events, movies, and

concerts. The seating capacity is between 500 and 750 on a tiered lawn setting. All rates are based on a

four-hour rental for $400.00. This four (4) hour time frame includes set up and breakdown. This fee does not

include the fees for technical personnel. After a four (4) hour rental a $50 per half-hour fee is charged. The

nonrefundable deposit of $250.00 will be applied to the remaining rental fee. All performances must be free

to the public.

CENTER FOR THE ARTS

Cultural Arts Center 251 Alabama Street

The 40,000-square foot facility has a 270-seat theatre, with 8 of those spaces for wheel chair seating at the

front and center of the theatre to allow patrons a choice of seating. The entire facility is accessible for

wheelchairs.

There is a 1365 square foot Art Gallery for exhibitions, a Galleria for our permanent art collection, Theatre

Rehearsal Hall, dressing and costume rooms, a scene shop, Choral Rehearsal room with built-in risers and

sound absorbers, and an educational wing with four classrooms and a kiln room.

Non-Profits must provide proper documentation to receive the discount rate of 50% of the total fee for the

CARROLLTON PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT FACILITIES 
 
The Department’s many facilities are available for rentals.  For more information, or to book a facility, please 
contact Janice Kerr at 770-832-1161 or jkerr@carrollton-ga.gov. All reservations must be made and  paid 
before Thursday the week before your event. Information may also be found in the Parks & Recreation online

ATHLETIC FIELD RESERVATIONS 
East Carrollton Athletic Complex and Lakeshore Park Complex 
Sports  fields  and  facilities  are  available  for  reservations  and/or  rent  by  individuals,  groups  or 
organizations.  Outdoor ball fields are available to rent for private tournaments. 
Fees for tournaments are per day: 
•  $520 per day (includes all 4 diamonds) 
 
Concessions will be supplied by CPRD. 
A  $150  deposit,  per  tournament  scheduled,  will  be  due  upon  booking.  The  deposit  will  be  refunded  or 
credited back if the tournament has to be cancelled due to inclement weather. 
 
GYMNASIUM RESERVATIONS 
Gymnasiums  are  available  for  reservation  and/or  rental  by  individuals,  groups  or  organizations.  The 
availability of these facilities is limited and varies with the season. All of the gymnasiums with the exception 
of the East Carrollton Park Gym, are available to rent for private tournaments for $175 per day. The East 
Carrollton Park Gym is $300 a day.  A special contract is required to book any gymnasium.

•  Organizations having no charge, $50 per hour per court 
•  Organizations having a charge, $100 per hour per court 
 
TENNIS COURT RESERVATIONS 
Tennis courts can be reserved starting Friday at 9 a.m. for the following week only on a first-come first-served 
basis. No reservations will be issued for Saturdays or Sundays. Tennis courts may be reserved for One Hour 
Periods Only, unless special arrangements have been made. 
 
THE CATHERINE HARDY LAVENDER CENTER 
425 Willie North Street 
The Catherine Hardy Lavender Recreation Center is a multi-purpose complex consisting of a gymnasium, 
four classrooms, computer lab and an adult health & wellness center. Located in front of the building is a 
Spray Park that is open during the summer. Also, nearby is a regulation baseball field and the Optimist Park. 
Meeting Rooms: 
•  Groups having no charge, $30 per hour per room 
•  Groups having a charge/selling products, $50 per hour per room 
 
THE STALLINGS CENTER

The  Department  has  many  rooms  available  that  may  be  reserved  for  a  variety  of  functions  such  as

club meetings, training sessions, showers, dinners, etc. Depending on the nature & purpose of the reserving

party, rooms are made available at reasonable rental rates and include tables & chairs.

Meeting Rooms:

• Groups having no charge, $30 per hour per room

• Groups having a charge/selling products, $50 per hour per room

• Athletic Room: $40 per hour/ $60 per hour selling products

• Pilot Auditorium at Stallings Community Center :

o $75 per hour (3 hour minimum for booking)

o $400 for 8 hours

FIRST FLOOR

• Optimist Arts – 484 sq. ft. (22’ x 22’) Seats 36-40.

• Community Board – 682 sq. ft. (22’ x 31’) this room offers a conference table with comfortable

seating for 16. Additional chairs/tables can be placed against the walls.

• Kiwanis Sports – 682 sq. ft. (22’ x 31’) Seats 36-40.

• Lions Parks – 528 sq. ft. (24’ x 22’) Seats 36-40.

• Rotary Media – 704 sq. ft. (32’ x 22’) Seats 50-60.

SECOND FLOOR

Pilot Auditorium – The main floor of the auditorium is 2444 sq. ft. and will seat an audience of 225. The

PA system, one mike, lights, and room setup are included in fee.

THIRD FLOOR

• Neel Reid – 1333 sq. ft. (43’x31’) Seats up to 75 people.

• Charles Carroll – 889 sq. ft. (29’x31’)

EAST CARROLLTON RECREATION CENTER

410 North Lake Drive

This center offers a Gymnastics Center, two Basketball Gymnasiums with bleachers and the Cheer Zone.

The colorful and spacious lobby has room to sit or stand between events or while waiting for a class to be

finished. For special events, we will open the concession stand. In addition to the building, there is a

Skateboard Park (open to the public), four tournament class softball fields, soccer fields, and a picnic pavilion

which can be booked for your event.

GYMNASTICS PARTIES

Children up to 12 years old can celebrate their next birthday at the East Carrollton Gymnastics Center. All

parties include 1 hour enjoying gymnastics activities and 30 minutes to celebrate in the party room. Party

tables, chairs, sink, microwave, refrigerator, and instructor(s) are included in the total fee.

Lakeshore Natatorium 116 Lumpkin Drive

The Lakeshore Natatorium, is located next to the Center where we offer Swim America swimming lessons for

all ages and abilities. You will find many programs available such as Water Aerobics, Masters Swimming,

lap swimming, and open swim. The Carrollton Bluefin Swim Team holds practices and hosts swim meets

here at the Natatorium. Private Pool rentals may be made for Saturday and Sunday evenings.

PRIVATE POOL RENTALS (1.5 hour time slot)

Pool Rentals at Lakeshore Natatorium include ONE HOUR AND 30 MINUTES enjoying our aquatics facility

which includes two pools: an Competition-sized pool and a smaller training pool that is 3 feet deep. The

Natatorium has a retractable roof which remains open in the summer and is closed in the winter. Both pools

are then heated to accommodate swimmers. The big pool has two spring loaded diving boards that lead into

the deep end of the big pool which is 12 feet deep.

Midtown Water Park (Seasonal)

Pool Rental at Midtown Waterpark include AN HOUR AND 30 MINUTES enjoying the park which includes: a

zero depth pool that gradually turns into 6 ½ feet depth. Midtown has two large water slides for children under

the age of 10. It is a fun and exciting place to cool off in the summer heat.

on the calendar without full payment. All fees include lifeguards.

WPA CENTER

590 North Cliff Street

The WPA Center was built in 1936 by the Works Progress Administration, a relief measure established in

1935 by President Franklin D. Roosevelt. The W.P.A. created employment for 8,500,000 different persons on

1,410,000 individual projects, and spent about $11 billion during its 8-year history. The WPA Center was referred

to as “The City Gym”, home of the Carrollton “Flexettes” Gymnastics Team until late 2001 and many recreation

programs. There are now two offices and a small kitchen in the building plus a 90’x 52’ Reception Hall with a

gas log fireplace.

Banquet or Meeting capacity is 200, plus there is extra seating for 50 in the original bleachers on one side of

the hall. Over 163, you provide extra tables and chairs to make the 200.

This Center rents for $75 per hour or you can book 8 hours for $500. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due

at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be due 2 weeks prior to rental date.

OUTDOOR PARKS

Outdoor pavilions are available to the public at Lakeshore Park, East Carrollton Park, Longview Park, & Fire

Station 24 for $15 per hour. Legends West is available for rent for $150 without kitchen or $200 with kitchen on

the weekends. Picnic tables, benches, water, electricity, and restrooms are provided at most sites. The pavilions

may be reserved by families or groups for outings.
