a. My USDC-Puerto Rico bar number will become inactive and a note of my status will be
made in CM/ECF.
b. While on inactive status, I will not accrue annual bar membership fees, will not have
access to my attorney CM/ECF account, will not be eligible for appointments in criminal
cases and pro bono cases under Local Civil Rule 83L, and will not be eligible to participate
in court sponsored Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses.
c. A written request, payment of the difference between the active and inactive fee for the
current year, and good standing certificate of admission as active member of the bar of
another jurisdiction is required in order to transfer back to active status.
