Welcome from the President!
Welcome to the 48th Annual Glenmorangie Scottish Highland Games
and Gathering! We are very excited about our new layout this year.
Our Games Chairman has come up with a new plan that highlights our
fabulous athletes, with better viewing. We believe that you will be
pleased with it too. Things will be easier to fi nd and not so far to walk.
We are deeply saddened to not be able to have our friend Alex Beaton
here this year, as he suffered a spinal cord injury in July. He is currently in
therapy and doing well. On behalf of the Caledonian Society of Arizona,
I want to thank you for coming out to share our Scottish weekend of fun
and fellowship; from Athletics, Family Trees, Music and Dance, we offer
you a touch of your heritage to enjoy.

Special Appearances by Dennis Keogh,
also known as “Bond”.
Dennis Keogh’s impersonation of Sir Sean Connery as James
Bond 007 raises the bar and sets a new standard. Mr. Keogh
is simply the undisputed master with his spot-on imper-
sonation in authentic Scottish brogue. His extraordinary
resemblance, dress and demeanor coupled with his wit and
presence will have you believing that you are truly in the
company of Sir Sean himself.
The kids area is the best ever! With magicians and jugglers, face painting,
cartoon characters, moon jumps, junior athletic competitions,  eld games,
swings & slide, Wee lad & lassies games, arts & crafts and lots more!
NEW this year! Phoenix Rugby Club presents demonstrations throughout
the weekend for youth! The Phoenix Rugby Club is dedicated to providing
the highest quality rugby experience for its members, families, and sponsors
both on the pitch and in our community. (This is an activity for all ages and is
a non-contact sport.)
