Not receiving SignUpGenius emails?
We heard some of you are not receiving Mothers’ Guild sign ups. We are sorry
that this is happening. Unfortunately, often they get blocked or sent to our junk
folders. Please do the following for receiving emails:
Outlook
1. Open your Safe Senders settings.
2. Under Safe senders and domains, enter the
email address or domain you want to add,
and select Add.
3. To add a mailing list to your safe senders,
enter the mailing list under Safe mailing lists
and select Add.
4. Select Save.
Add:
[email protected] to your email contacts. This will ensure our
emails go to your Inbox rather than to Spam or Junk.
Hotmail
Log into SignUpGenius.com. You will most likely see the message
"Account Login Disabled". Follow the prompts on the screen to
enable your email by either Option 1: Verify Email Address or
Option 2: Change Email Address. Please note if you choose Option
1, Hotmail usually will continually disable your Hotmail account
throughout the year and you will have to continually repeat this
process.
When you log into SignUpGenius.com, if you do not see the
message "Account Login Disabled", try the following:
1. Sign in to your Hotmail account using your email address
and password.
2. Click the "Options" button from the menu at the top right of
the screen and select "More options" from the drop down menu.
3. Look for the "Junk e-mail" section of the "Options" menu
that opens. Click the "Safe and blocked senders" option. You can
view email addresses marked as safe and email addresses that you
have blocked here.
4. Click "Blocked senders" to view a list of the blocked email
addresses.
5. Select the email address you want to unblock from the list of
blocked email addresses and then click "Remove from list." The
email address you removed is now unblocked and you can receive
email messages from this address.

Log into your SignUpGenius account, click settings, and opt-in to text
messaging.
