How much does it cost to park at a meter?
The cost is $0.75-$1.00 depending on location. Pay
the meters with quarters, dimes, and nickels, or
use a credit or debit card via the mobile phone app
Parkmobile. Visit www.parkmobile.com for details.
When are the meters enforced?
Per City ordinance, enforcement of parking meter
spaces is from 8 am to 6 pm Mondays through
Saturdays, excluding Sundays and City-designated
holidays.
If I do get a ticket, how do I pay it?

BY MAIL
Enclose the citation and a personal check, money
order, or cashiers check (do not send cash) for the
amount of the ticket. Make checks or money orders

What if I feel that a violation has been issued in
error?
If you feel you’ve received a ticket in error, there is
an appeal process. As a matter of policy, we do not
accept the following as grounds for an appeal:
Lack of knowledge of the Citys parking
regulations
Conicts or tardiness going to or returning from
appointments, which includes being in court
Inability to nd a valid parking space
Failure to have appropriate or sucient amount
of coins for payment.

When parking your vehicle, make sure it is
parked between the lines of the designated
parking space.
Arrive early to use lower level parking,
which is more convenient to businesses and
merchants.
Mondays through Fridays, parking is free
for the rst hour until 6 pm at all four City-
owned decks. Parking is free from 6-9 pm
as well.
Drive slowly through the parking decks.
Be courteous to your fellow parkers.
Pay attention to signs. They are placed
in strategic locations to assist you in
maneuvering successfully through the deck.
Monthly card holders can exit through
any designated exit lane at the decks.
Customers who take a parking ticket when
entering the deck must exit through a lane
staed by an attendant.

Permit parking is available to downtown residents and employees
throughout the city at the four parking decks. Contact one of the deck
attendants to sign up. Payment is due at the time of sign up. This payment
includes a monthly charge, plus a card deposit charge.
