Terms & Conditions
Payments 2020/20201
1. Fees
1.1. When your child joins Wims11 Football Academy, they will enrol on to a
membership with fees paid either in monthly instalments throughout September
to July or by paying the full amount up front.
1.2. For members who join during the season, your payment schedule will be
adjusted accordingly for the remaining months.
1.3. Membership fees for the 2020-2021 season are as follows:
1.3.1. Community Membership: £26 per calendar month
1.3.2. Competitive Membership: £39 per calendar month
1.3.3. Advanced Tech Membership: £60 per calendar month
1.3.4. Each membership requires a one-off player registration fee of £20
due on completion of the player registration form.
1.4. There is a 10% sibling discount that is now standard and must be applied to the
second fee or whichever is the cheapest.
1.5. All monthly instalments are to be received on or before the 4th of each month.
Should you wish to pay in the middle of each month then payments will be paid in
the month before.
2. Late Payments
2.1. If you cannot pay your monthly instalment, please let us know as soon as
possible. We will send out payment reminders within 7 days of the due date.
2.2. There will be a £5 admin fee for each payment reminder for late payments.
2.3. If payment is not received your child cannot play at their next training session or
match until the payment has been made.

3. Notice period
3.1. If you wish to cancel your membership agreement, you must provide written
notice to inform us within 7 days of your most recent membership payment,
otherwise your next instalment will be due.
3.1.1. For example, if you pay 4th of each month, your notice will would need
to be received by the 11th of that month.
3.2. All payments must be made before leaving or any player transfer is processed.
3.3. Should there be any outstanding payments, Wims11 Football Academy will not
release or approve any transfer of registration until all payments are paid and
match kit returned.
3.4. Payment queries must not be discussed in any Wims11 group chats, group email
chains or other public forums. For all payment queries or problems with paying
please speak to your team coach as a first point of contact and then the
Technical Director if needed.
4. Training Kit
4.1. Wims11 Training kit is compulsory for all players.
4.2. Training kits are NIKE and required items are set out by the Technical Director.
Training Kits are valid for as long as the style is available. We operate a 2-season
cycle.
4.3. Our training kit will be changed for the 2021/2022 season based on NIKE’s
Academy 2018 range which we have had for two and a half seasons.
4.4. Your child must come prepared for training with the correct kit. For Community,
Competitive and Advanced Tech Members, this includes:
4.4.1. NIKE Academy 18 Training Tee
4.4.2. NIKE Matchfit Socks (valid to December 2021)
4.4.3. NIKE Park III Shorts (valid to December 2023)

4.4.4. NIKE Academy 18 Drill Top or NIKE KNIT Track Jacket (valid to December
2020)
4.4.5. NIKE Black Rain Jacket (Academy 18 or Park Rain Jacket)
4.4.6. NIKE Base Layer for Winter Training
4.5. Advanced Tech Members will also need the following for Monday evenings:
4.5.1. NIKE Academy 19 Training Tee Volt/White
4.5.2. NIKE Academy 19 Drill Top Volt/White
4.5.3. No other items be worn to any Wims11 training or event unless otherwise notified
by the club, Technical Director or your Team Coach
4.5.4. All orders will be processed by our official teamwear provider Pro Direct Soccer
which a link will be provided when you register.
5. Matchday Kit
5.1. A full NIKE Match kit will be supplied by the club and distributed by team
coaches.
5.2. Under no circumstances are Match Kits to be worn at any other football
programme, games or training sessions.
5.3. The Match Kit is owned by the club but is your responsibility to ensure it is kept in
good condition at all times.
5.4. Any damaged or lost kit shall be replaced at your cost
5.5. If leaving the club, all match kit must be returned at the last training session and
handed to the team coach. Should the match kit not be returned, we hold the
rights to not release the player’s registration should they wish to join another club.
6. Safeguarding
6.1. Wims11 Football Academy and Wims11 Football Club are proud to follow the FA
Safeguarding and Welfare. All Wims11 coaching staff and committee members

are FA Safeguarded, FA First Aid qualified and have the relevant FA CRC. You
can view our safeguarding policy at wims11.com/club-information.
6.2. Kristina Wimble is the Wims11 Football Academy including the football club,
Little Nipper Soccer classes and other football programmes appointed Welfare
Officer

7. Memberships Types
7.1. Community Membership includes the following:
Beginner technical training from once a week
A minimum of 39 Technical Sessions per season
UEFA level 1/2 qualified coaches
Exclusive Wims11 Football Camp prices £11 per day
Squad number on all training kit unique to each player
Pathway to competitive membership and Wims11 FC Teams
Full Time Technical Director overseeing all coaching
7.2. Competitive Membership includes the following:
Training in a technical and competitive team environment
Represent a Wims11 FC Team in the North Wilts Youth League
A minimum of 79 Technical and Team sessions per year
UEFA level 2 Technical Coaches
Team Training
Exclusive Wims11 Football Camp prices £11 per day
FREE 3 hour mini camps during select half term holidays
Allocated Squad number
Match kit provided by club
Full Time Technical Director overseeing all coaching and club philosophy
Pathway to the Wims11 Academy centre of excellence

All Team registration fees (League Player registration not included)
Up to 2 summer tournaments for each team
7.3. Advanced Tech Membership includes the following:
Advanced Technical and Tactical training
Representing Wims11 Academy teams against Semi Pro/Pro academies
UEFA level 2 & 3 coaches
A minimum of 119 sessions per year
Opportunity to play in front of scouts from professional academies
Academy match kit
Wims11 Academy festivals and competitions included
Player reviews and feedback (new for 2020/2021)
Academy half term days and mini camps
Food after away games
8. Code of Conduct
8.1. Wims11 Football Academy expects all players, parents and spectators to comply
with its Code of Conduct to be positive ambassadors of the club within the
community. We all have a responsibility to promote high standards of behaviour
in the game and we adhere to the policies of the FA standard and Respect
Programme.
8.2. Players Code of Conduct
8.2.1. All players representing Wims11 FC agree to our players code of conduct
and behave in a manner that represents Wims11 Football Academy
positively at all times on and off the pitch.
8.2.2. Players will make every effort to develop their own sporting abilities.
8.2.3. Players will strive to set a good example to their teammates, fellow club
members and younger spectators.
8.2.4. Players will not use offensive language.
8.2.5. Players will treat all equipment, kit and facilities with respect.

8.2.6. Players will make every effort to help his or her team succeed in the right
manner, without compromising on safety or employing tactics of
gamesmanship or time-wasting.
8.2.7. Players will accept winning and losing equally without compromising the
standards of behaviour expected by them.
8.2.8. Players shall respect their coaches, parents, opponents and match officials
at all times.
8.2.9. Players will accept the decision of match officials without protest verbally or
gesticulatory.
8.2.10. Players accept their responsibility to safeguard the safety of their opposition
by avoiding careless play, rough play or violence.
8.2.11. Players are to dress appropriately for all training sessions and matches in
NIKE & Wims11 branded kit.
8.3. Parent and Spectators Code of Conduct
8.3.1. Parents and spectators will understand their attitudes and expectations have
a significant impact on a child’s attitude towards their teammates,
opposition, officials and environment.
8.3.2. All parents and spectators at Wims11 training, games, tournaments and
programmes are expected to remain positive and encouraging to all players,
not just their own.
8.3.3. We ask parents and spectators to avoid coaching children during their game
and to keep their behaviour composed without shouting.
8.3.4. We ask parents and spectators to respect officials and coaches’ decisions.
Should they have a question or query about an incident during a game, we
ask that they contact their team coach privately afterwards.

8.3.5. Parents and spectators will not harass or use abusive language to other
spectators, coaches, players and officials at any time.
8.3.6. Parents and spectators will respect all persons involved regardless of age,
ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, ability, disability, religion or
belief.
8.3.7. Parents and spectators understand that The Academy has a duty of care to
report any breach of this Code of Conduct to the League.
