Registration deadlines are available on the Academic Calendar for
each semester: https://calendar.ucf.edu
Late registration is always the first week of classes
Late Registration Fee: $100.00 (If your first attempt to register is during
this week)
Drop/Swap Deadline: last day to drop classes and not be fee liable
Student is fee liable for withdrawn class/classes.
Add Deadline: last day to add classes for the term
Fee Invoices for Spring will be available in December.*
*Invoices are available one (1) month prior to start of

Florida Prepaid Tuition
You are not required to notify our office that you want to use your Prepaid
plan. Our billing system links to Florida Prepaid with your SSN.
Your Florida Prepaid will reflect on your fee invoice by the first day of
classes.
If your Florida Prepaid is not showing prior to the Payment Deadline, please
contact Student Account Services for assistance at [email protected]
UCF will automatically bill Florida Prepaid for the number of hours in
which the student is enrolled.
Students wanting to cancel or adjust billings for a specific term must update the
hours to bill in their myUCF prior to the end of the term’s add/drop period. For
instructions, please visit https://studentaccounts.ucf.edu/florida-prepaid/
Fees not covered by the plan must be paid out of pocket or covered by
other sources.

Payment Deadline
The payment deadline date is published on the Academic Calendar online
at calendar.ucf.edu.
The tuition and fee payment deadline is also posted to the student’s Fee
Invoice in the myUCF portal (Student Self Service > Student Accounts >
Fee Invoice).
Students with an authorized deferral may see the due date on the fee
invoice adjusted after the term’s add/drop period.
*Late Payment Fee: $100.00 (If not paid by the fee payment deadline
listed on your Fee Invoice)
Additional penalties may be applied for reinstatement, if Dropped for
Non-Payment.
