Students may appeal the reenrollment decision, only if they have new information not included in the original application. To
submit your appeal, please complete the appeal form and a brief, one-page letter and email the letter and form to
Refer to your email as “Appeal” in the subject line and include your full name and student identification number at the top of the
email. You may place the text of your letter in your email’s body. Remember to include the new information that was not submit-
ted with your application.
